Essential Rest is B.E.S.T!

Our choices matter, especially when it comes to our health and wholeness! There are six essentials identified by Dr. M.T. Morter, Jr, the creator of Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) These essentials are integral to creating good health and a strong immune system.

While what we eat, what we drink and how we exercise are very important questions that tend to get our major attention, how we rest is also very significant to our health and often doesn’t get the attention that it deserves.

The quantity and quality of sleep are very important to our health, wellbeing, productivity, and quality of life, and yet the CDC states that one third of US adults reports that they don’t get adequate sleep (considered to be at least 7 hours /night). This in spite of the well documented fact that sleep deprivation negatively impacts our brain function, which can lead to a decrease in overall mental and physical health.

A good sleep every night is essential to our body’s ability to heal and recharge itself! If you want to attain and maintain great health and live your best life, consider trying some of the suggestions below on how to improve your sleep naturally.

Have you tried some of the suggestions below and are still struggling to get a good nights sleep? Are you experiencing heightened anxiety that is disrupting your rest during these uncertain times of the Coronavirus pandemic, and aren’t sure what to do? Let’s talk!
